Lourdes Diaz

Lourdes Diaz has an extensive background in diversity and inclusion, serving in leadership roles at various companies such as US Foods, Sodexo, National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and Chase. Lourdes is currently the VP Head of Diversity & Inclusion at US Foods. Prior to that, Lourdes held roles such as Vice President Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Senior Director Diversity Relations, and Vice President Marketing & Communications. Over the years, Lourdes has been instrumental in implementing inclusive strategies and promoting diversity in the workplace. Diaz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University Chicago.
