Sil Garaventa

Sil Garaventa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales leadership and strategic development. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales Excellence at US Foods since December 2019, Sil oversees a team focused on driving transformational sales growth through key initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Sales Activation and Director of Sales Support for Eastern NC at US Foods, where efforts were concentrated on improving commercial performance and supporting restaurant operations. Prior to US Foods, Sil held various strategic management positions at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, contributing to the execution of corporate strategy and growth initiatives. Sil’s career began in the waste management industry as an independent consultant and business analyst. Sil holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Finance from Santa Clara University.
