Alison Kole

Alison Kole, MD, MPH, FCCP, FAASM, serves as an Advisory Board Member at Cohere Health since June 2024 and has been the Director of Medical Affairs and Strategy at US HealthConnect, Inc. since April 2023. With expertise as a Sleep Program Development Consultant and part-time Sleep Physician at AKMD Consulting, LLC, and a Sleep Physician role at Nox Health, Kole also holds the position of Founding Medical Director for the Oak Health Sleep Program. Previously, Kole was Director of Outpatient Sleep Services at Summit Health, where notable achievements include founding a Sleep Center of Excellence and significantly increasing program volume and provider recruitment. Additional experience includes roles at Bergen Medical Alliance and the Greater Los Angeles VA Medical Center, with foundational medical training received at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after completing a BA in Psychology at Columbia University and an MD/MPH at Tufts University School of Medicine.
