Donna Bailey

Donna Bailey has diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2018, they worked as a Project Manager at US HealthTek, where they organized and facilitated conference calls, coordinated workflows, and built validation test plans. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, they were a Help Desk-Associate Analyst at Quest Diagnostics. From 2013 to 2015, Donna served as an IT Support Administrator at Solstas Lab Partners, and from 2006 to 2013, they worked as a Billing/Eligibility Specialist at the same company. Additionally, they worked as a Production Operator at MillerCoors from 2011 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they had roles such as Technical Externship at Winston Salem Forsyth County Schools in 2010, EC Teacher Assistant at Reidsville Middle School from 2005 to 2006, and Secondary School Teacher at Score Center from 2003 to 2005.

Donna Bailey attended ECPI School of Technology from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer Engineering Electronics. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1986, they studied at Winston-Salem State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics.
