Dan Biron

Dan Biron has been a staple member of US Housing Consultants since 2006, shortly after the Company’s founding. Dan started as the executive assistant to the CEO and quickly developed a deep understanding of affordable housing compliance. Dan lead the Inspection Services Department for several years, during which time he developed a reputation as a leading industry expert on REAC Appeals. Dan has provided guidance to affordable housing professionals nationwide for more than a decade, working with them to ensure the safety, marketability, and long-term viability of their properties. In 2019, Dan became the Chief Account Executive for US Housing Consultants and oversees the success of all client accounts.
