Scott Richter

Scott Richter is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the building materials and real estate investment sectors. At US LBM, Scott has held progressively responsible roles since January 2016, including Regional Vice President and President, contributing to the company's growth and operations. Prior experience includes serving as President of SEMBER Investments LLC, where Scott focused on real estate investment and consulting, and as Executive Vice President of Operations at Centex Corporation, overseeing various divisions and responsibilities related to construction, purchasing, and product development from 1986 to 2009. Scott began a professional career as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
