Steven Choi

Steven Choi currently serves as the Head of Strategic Growth at HapaKristin Inc., focusing on the growth of the US division since July 2023. In addition, Choi has been the Owner of Bao Boys LLC since July 2019, overseeing all non-kitchen related operations and financial reporting. Steven holds the position of FVP, Ops Excellence & Strategic Initiatives at US Metro Bank, where responsibilities include creating cross-departmental efficiencies and executing strategies set by the Chief Banking Officer. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Digital Experience Architect and Senior Consultant at Root Inc., and Vice President, Warehouse Lending Credit at Wilshire Bank. Steven Choi earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and furthered education at USC Marshall School of Business.
