Jan Sparks

Jan Sparks serves as the Chief Credit Officer at US Modular Capital, where significant accomplishments include developing the lending infrastructure in just 60 days to support an anticipated $750 million in loan volume within the first year. Previously, Jan held the position of Executive Managing Director at Transwestern, leading the national Structured Finance Division and negotiating billions in real estate debt. As President of Sparks Financial Group, Jan transitioned the firm from a public accounting practice to a specialized provider of due diligence and debt origination. Jan also established the structured finance division at North Houston Bank, focusing on strategic planning and business development. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
