Deborah Henriksen

Deborah Henriksen is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Since March 2000, Deborah has been the Broker/Owner of Kustom Properties Group, providing boutique real estate services for various property transactions. Additionally, Deborah has served as a Licensed 2-20 Insurance Agent at Evergreen Insurance since October 2007, offering comprehensive property and casualty insurance solutions across Florida. Since August 2017, Deborah has also been a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator at US Mortgage Lenders LLC, specializing in an array of loan types, including FHA/VA and conventional loans. Prior to these roles, Deborah has held significant positions in the mortgage industry, including Mortgage Loan Officer at Reliable Mortgage and Owner/Principal Broker at Provagio Mortgage Group.
