Darryl Blackmon Msa

Darryl Blackmon MSA, CM is currently serving as the Deputy Director of Community Outreach at Navy Recruiting Command since June 2023. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Supervisory Management Analyst at the United States Department of the Navy, where responsibilities included leading measurements of work for over 480,000 positions, and Transformation & Management Analyst at Navy Recruiting Command, focusing on program recommendations and transformation efforts. Additional roles span positions in recruitment, talent acquisition, and education within the Navy, including Director of Recruiting at Navy Recruiting District San Francisco. Darryl holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Post University.
