Stefani Kilyk

Stefani Sieron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as the Global Supply Chain Manager- Strategy and Strategic Sourcing at Northrop Grumman since June 2017. Stefani has shown remarkable leadership by spearheading sector-wide risk assessments and establishing the Supplier Advisory Council. Previous roles include Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist and Contract Administrator, where Stefani successfully developed risk mitigation strategies and managed significant proposals. Stefani began a professional career with Unilever as a Supply Chain Management Intern and served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
