Dr. Kevin D. Sullivan

Dr. Kevin Sullivan currently serves as the Executive Director at Navy Recruiting Command since January 2019, previously holding the position of Director of Information Technology within the same organization. In addition to their role at Navy Recruiting Command, Dr. Sullivan has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Webster University since May 2006. Dr. Sullivan holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Northcentral University, as well as a Master of Arts in Computer and Information Sciences from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
