Erik Vargas

Erik Vargas is an Operations Research Analyst Branch Head at Navy Recruiting Command since October 2022, following a role as a Graduate Student in Operations Research at Naval Postgraduate School from September 2020 to October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Program Manager and Instructor at Nuclear Power School - Naval Nuclear Power Training Command from 2015 to 2020 and tutoring at UC Santa Barbara from September 2013 to June 2015 in subjects such as calculus, linear algebra, and physics. Erik Vargas holds a Master of Science in Operations Research and several certificates from Naval Postgraduate School, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from UC Santa Barbara.
