Martha Noe

Martha Noe serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Navy Recruiting Command since April 2020, while concurrently holding a position as a Technical Trainer with the US Navy since March 2001. Martha obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Washington State University, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, in December 2022. Additionally, Martha earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Administration from Northern Arizona University in December 2012. Martha possesses various certifications in Human Resources Management, Selling Skills and Sales Operations, and has been trained as a Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor and a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Advisor.
