Matthew Oden

Matthew Oden has extensive experience in law enforcement and military service, currently serving as a Sheriff's Officer at Monmouth County Sheriff's Office since July 2001. Oden has also been a Master at Arms in the US Navy and US Navy Reserve since October 1991. Educationally, Oden holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Homeland Security and another in Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, and Related Protective Services from Purdue University Global and Kaplan University, respectively. Additionally, Oden achieved a Master of Science in Homeland Security from Purdue University Global in 2022 and was recognized on the Chancellor's List in January 2018.
