Rafael Perez

Rafael Perez currently serves as the Tech Control Division Officer at Nctams Pac in Honolulu, Hawaii, leading a team of Sailors and civilians since July 2024. With a robust career in the U.S. Navy, Rafael has held the position of Chief Warrant Officer specializing as an Information Systems Technician since June 2020.
