Karen L. Smith

Karen L. Smith, PMP, CDFM-A, serves as the Deputy Division Chief at the U.S. Secret Service since June 2023, specializing in program analysis and integration within the Office of Strategic Planning and Policy. Previously, Karen held the position of Chief in the Executive Support & Operations Division at the United States Air Force from February 2018 to June 2023, and Branch Chief for Financial Policy and Planning at Immigration Customs and Enforcement from September 2015 to February 2018. With extensive experience in financial management and policy development, Karen has managed teams across various roles within the Air National Guard and the United States Air Force, overseeing significant budgets and ensuring compliance with fiscal regulations. Karen holds an MBA from Cameron University and a Bachelor's degree from the United States Air Force Academy.
