Joshua Gilley

Joshua Gilley has extensive experience in network engineering and support, currently serving as an Optical Transport Engineer at US Signal since February 2018, where responsibilities include designing, configuring, and maintaining Cisco DWDM transport gear for various high-capacity services. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as a Network Operations Technician at US Signal, providing ISP-level support and managing various firewall and cloud services. Joshua also served as a Service Engineer at SecurAlarm, LLC, focusing on security system integration and end-user training, and as a Fiber Engineer at IdeaTek, where duties involved designing FTTX infrastructure and providing tier 3 customer support. Joshua holds an Associate's degree in Computer Support Specialist from Hutchinson Community College.
