Derrik Landman

Derrik Landman has over 20 years of work experience. Derrik started their career as an Operations Manager at U.S. Space Camp California, where they managed logistics and development of space education programs. Derrik then worked as an Account Executive at U.S. Space & Rocket Center, promoting services and conducting sales presentations. After that, Derrik joined Creative CYNERGY as the Vice President of Customer Care, overseeing customer service, marketing, and training. Derrik then joined Delta Air Lines, where they held multiple roles including Training Administrator, Performance Leader, and Leadership Development in Airport Customer Service and Reservation Sales & Customer Care. Derrik later worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama as a Customer Service Analyst, providing superior customer service to providers nationwide. Derrik then became a Practice Administrator/Clinical Research Associate at Huntsville Hospital, managing daily operations and clinical studies in Pediatric Oncology/Hematology Clinic. Currently, Derrik is the Vice President of Human Resources at U.S. Space & Rocket Center, leading all HR functions and workforce development for over 1000 employees.

Derrik Landman obtained their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Studies from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Derrik pursued this degree between 1987 and 2021. Before their university education, Derrik completed their high school education from Hazel Green High School. Derrik attended this institution from 1982 to 1986, where they enrolled in the General degree program that focused on College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program.
