Stephen Gough

Stephen Gough, OLY, serves as the Short Track National Team Head Coach for US Speedskating since May 2021. Gough has extensive coaching experience, previously holding the position of National Short Track Coach for US Speedskating from 2012 to 2014, where coaching efforts led to a Silver medal for the US Men's Relay Team at the 2014 Winter Olympics. In addition to coaching, Gough is the Director at Zveta Global Advisors, Inc., contributing to market entry strategies for North American companies since January 2011. Gough's professional background also includes supervisory roles in state and local tax at RSM US LLP and consulting in legal matters at various prestigious firms. Gough earned a BCL/LLB in Law and a BA in History from McGill University.
