Priyanka Prabhu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management, operations, and program leadership. Currently serving as Program Lead at US Tech Solutions, Priyanka previously held various roles at Vahan, including Associate Customer Experience, where successful management of support teams and optimization projects enhanced customer interactions.
