Carrie Smith is currently the Program Manager for Equitable Infrastructure at US Water Alliance. Prior to this role, Carrie was a Southeast TX Urban Integrated Field Lab GRA at The University of Texas at Austin. Carrie also worked as a Water Resources Engineer at Arcadis and as a Watershed Research Fellow at Bayou City Waterkeeper. Additionally, Carrie has experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Florida and as a Water Resource Engineering Intern at Gray & Osborne. Carrie holds a Master of Science degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.
