Victoria Johnson

Victoria Johnson is currently serving as the Global Equity Director at HDR, leading the Equity Advisory Services Practice. Victoria has extensive experience in management consulting and plays a vital role in shaping and integrating equity and justice priorities in infrastructure projects at various government levels. In addition to their role at HDR, Victoria holds positions in various organizations such as the National Skills Coalition and the Airport Minority Advisory Council. With a background in Communications and English from Purdue University, Victoria brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their work in the infrastructure and equity sectors.
