Nick Lemm

Nick Lemm currently serves as the Director of Real Estate at Knight-Swift Transportation since July 2023. Prior to this role, Nick held various positions at U.S. Xpress, Inc., including Vice President of Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services, and Director of Corporate Real Estate and Facilities, beginning in July 2003. Educationally, Nick earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Administration from Bradley University between 1998 and 2002, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
