Delaney Strouse

National Team Athlete at USA Curling

Delaney Strouse is an accomplished Transportation Planner at HDR since February 2024 and has been a National Team Athlete with USA Curling since April 2019. Prior experience includes a Planning Intern role at the City of Jordan from September 2023 to January 2024, and a Bus Stop Accessibility Intern at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities during the summer of 2022. Delaney also served as an Aquatic Supervisor and Swim Instructor at Life Time Inc. in early 2022 and worked as a Lifeguard for the City of Edina in the summer of 2021. In 2020, Delaney gained experience as a Campaign Intern for Matt Stoel for State Representative, focusing on voter engagement on various social issues. Delaney began the professional journey at Midland Golf & Country Club as a Hostess in 2019. Educationally, Delaney studied Urban Studies and Communication Studies at Wayne State University prior to completing studies at the University of Minnesota. The educational background includes a high school diploma from H.H. Dow High School in 2019.
