Mark Lopes

Mark Lopes is the Chief Operating Officer for the Partnership for Central America. Previously, he was vice president of corporate partnerships at Carbyne, an international technology, and emergency communications company. Under Barack Obama, Lopes served as U.S. executive director of the Inter-American Development Bank and deputy assistant administrator at the U.S. Agency for International Development.
