Breandan Crane

Breandan Crane, MHA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in ice hockey officiating, human resources, and administration. Since 2008, Crane has served as an ice hockey official for USA Hockey. In April 2022, a role as Manager of Compensation & Equity Administration was undertaken at Columbia Care. Prior to that, significant contributions were made at Beth Israel Lahey Health, where positions included Senior Compensation Analyst, Compensation Analyst, and Human Resources Administrator from November 2015 to April 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a Lacrosse Referee for US Lacrosse from February 2015 to January 2022 and as Payroll and Benefits Coordinator at Newton Health Care Center from March 2014 to November 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Regis College (2014-2016) and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Administration and Management and Public Health from Regis College (2010-2014).
