Clay Duncan

Clay Duncan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Clay currently holds the position of SVP of National Production at USA Mortgage, starting in 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Movement Mortgage for nearly a decade, where they served as the Regional Director for various regions. Clay facilitated growth and development in the Virginias, the Pacific Northwest, and Southern California, focusing on recruiting, branch development, and strategic partnerships. During their time at Movement Mortgage, they significantly increased the company's loan volume, from 117 million to 1.5 billion in the Pacific Northwest and from 117 million to 883 million in Southern California. Clay also has experience as the President/CEO of Southern Fidelity Mortgage from 2001 to 2012.

Clay Duncan pursued their higher education from 1988 to 1993 at the University of North Alabama. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing.
