Jonathan Harmer

Jonathan Harmer has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Jonathan most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer for USA Properties Fund, Inc. where they were responsible for financing, development, construction services, rehabilitation, and property management. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer for CV Holdings, Inc. and CORE Realty Holdings, LLC. Jonathan also played a leading role in securing financing for Meridian Development, LLC and built the accounting and finance functions for the company. Jonathan began their career as a Manager at Meredith & Associates, CPA and gained further experience as a Senior at Ernst & Young. Jonathan also worked as a Controller at InsideOut Development.

Jonathan Harmer earned a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree with a focus on Accounting and Tax from Brigham Young University. Jonathan completed their education at Brigham Young University from 1991 to 1999. In addition to their degree, Jonathan obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy in November 2003, and as a Private Pilot with Multi-Engine Instrument rating from the Federal Aviation Administration in March 2008.
