Mollie McCarthy

Mollie McCarthy serves as the Head Women's Rugby Coach at the University of Colorado since August 2014 and has been the Girls HS All Americans Head Coach for USA Rugby since September 2008. In this role, Mollie contributes to the development of young female rugby players and coaches through educational pathways. Additionally, Mollie acts as a USA Rugby Course Leader and IRB Educator focused on coach development across the United States. Prior experience includes positions as Coach Development Manager at Spring Hill College and Head Rugby Coach/Club Sports Director. Mollie holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Administration from Canisius University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from SUNY Brockport.
