Erica Grady has extensive experience in marketing and communications, currently serving as Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications at PSA Airlines, Inc. since January 2017. Erica has held various roles at PSA, including Marketing Manager and Corporate Communication Specialist, with responsibilities encompassing corporate communication plans, media relations, and talent acquisition marketing strategies. Additionally, Erica contributes as an Assistant Swim Coach for USA Swimming, mentoring young swimmers. Previous roles include Marketing Specialist positions at MassMutual Financial Group and MetLife, as well as marketing and administrative positions at The Providence Group of the Carolinas, Financial Independence Group, and Fifth Third Bank. Erica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and Media Studies from Radford University.

USA Swimming
As the National Governing Body for the sport of swimming in the United States, USA Swimming is a 400,000-member service organization that promotes the culture of swimming by creating opportunities for swimmers and coaches of all backgrounds to participate and advance in the sport through clubs, events and education. Our membership is comprised of swimmers from the age group level to the Olympic Team, as well as coaches and volunteers. USA Swimming is responsible for selecting and training teams for international competitions including the Olympic Games and strives to serve the sport through its core objectives.
