Jerald Council

Jerald Council is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in graphic design and journalism. As the Creative Director at USA TODAY and the Founder/Creative Director of CouncilMag.com, Jerald demonstrates strong leadership and innovative vision. Previous roles include Art Director and Design/Presentation Editor at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, as well as Graphics Editor positions at both the Los Angeles Times and The Baltimore Sun, where Jerald served as Graphics Director. Jerald holds a Master of Arts in Journalism and Public Affairs from American University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Howard University.
