Jessica Stewart is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in employee management, recruitment, and employee relations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at USA Triathlon since September 2024, Jessica previously held the role of HR Generalist & Recruiter at The Independence Center from June 2016 to September 2024, where responsibilities included communication management and employee morale monitoring. Earlier experience includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist and an HR Tech at Mosaic, where Jessica demonstrated a strong commitment to advocacy and service quality. Jessica began their career at Mosaic as a Receptionist and Direct Support Professional, providing both administrative support and assistance to individuals with disabilities. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Colorado Technical University, completed in May 2023.
