Tom Regal

Tom Regal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tom is currently working as a Resident Coach at First Bourn, where they are involved in connecting the endurance sports community with leading brands. Prior to this, Tom founded and owned their own company, TriTomR Endurance LLC. Tom also worked as a USAT Certified Level 1 Coach at USA Triathlon.

Tom's experience extends beyond the sports industry as well. Tom worked at HBO as a Project Manager from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they held a Vice President role at PRO-TEK Vaults, where they oversaw the operations and managed a team of 45. Tom's strong leadership skills were evident in their ability to increase revenue during their time at PRO-TEK Vaults.

Earlier in their career, Tom held the position of General Manager Western U.S & Digital Studios at Iron Mountain. Tom was responsible for managing all operations across multiple locations and played a key role in restructuring and improving existing practices. Prior to that, they worked at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as the Director of Audio Restoration and Preservation Services, where they were involved in the creation and growth of BluWave Audio.

Tom's career in audio restoration began at Chace Productions, Inc., where they worked as an Audio Restoration Specialist and Re-Recording Mixer. Tom developed and managed workflows for audio restoration projects and gained expertise in restoring audio elements from various time periods.

Tom Regal obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Music, Studio Recording from The College of Saint Rose. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications. These certifications include USMS Level 2 Swim Coach from US Masters Swimming in 2019, Bike Fitter - F.I.S.T. Protocol from Slowtwitch in 2017, Triathlon Coach Level 1 from USA Triathlon in 2015, and FEMA Community Emergency Response Team - Level 3 from FEMA in 2008.
