Susan Chambers

Ms. Chambers was appointed to the Board in March 2016. She retired in July 2015 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer for Walmart Stores, Inc. In that role, she was responsible for compensation, recruiting, development and retention initiatives, as well as benefits and communications for more than 2 million Walmart associates worldwide. Ms. Chambers held executive positions in multiple corporate functions, including Risk Management and Information Technology, during a seven-year period before her promotion to Chief Human Resource Officer in 2006. Prior to joining Walmart, Ms. Chambers served as Director of Application Development at Hallmark Cards, Inc., where she had roles of increasing responsibility in IT and Finance over a 14-year tenure.
