Tiffany Nelson has extensive work experience in the transportation and consumer services industries. Tiffany began their career at Experian Consumer Services in 2007, where they served as an Escalation Team Supervisor. In this role, they managed a team of escalation leads who assisted frustrated customers and resolved issues related to their credit reports and unknown charges. Tiffany demonstrated strong leadership skills by setting goals with employees, conducting weekly meetings, and providing feedback and training to ensure a positive caller experience. Tiffany held this position until 2014. In 2015, Tiffany joined USA Truck, Inc. as an Account Manager. Tiffany excelled in this role for six years before being promoted to Strategic Team Lead Customer Solutions in July 2021. Currently, they hold this position and is responsible for leading strategic team initiatives.

Tiffany Nelson began their education in 2014 at Vincennes University, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. Tiffany completed this degree in 2018. In the same year, they enrolled at Liberty University to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. As of now, they are still in the process of completing their degree at Liberty University.
