Lauren Sulmone

Lauren Sulmone is the Director of Intensive Home Based Therapeutic Care at The Edinburg Center, a role commenced in August 2023, focusing on providing support to youth and families through a trauma-informed, strength-based approach. Lauren has extensive experience in coaching, serving as a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach since October 2020 and a CrossFit Coach since November 2018. Lauren's prior roles at The MENTOR Network spanned from November 2010 to February 2024, including positions such as State Intake Manager and Program Director. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Supervisor for the RFK South Hadley Girls Program from January 2008 to December 2012 and as a Graduate Assistant for Transfer Admissions at American International College from September 2008 to December 2010. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from American International College.
