Archi Pandurangi

Archi Pandurangi currently serves as the Director of Decision Science Analytics at USAA, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Archi was the Advanced Analytics Lead for Client Data Science at iSpot.tv from January 2022 to August 2025. Archi's experience also includes significant roles at Discover Financial Services, where responsibilities included Lead Data Science positions in Acquisition Digital Analytics and Digital Analytics, as well as serving as a Senior Associate in Analytics from May 2015 to December 2021. Earlier career experience includes an ERP Developer role at Anixter from May 2014 to May 2015, and a student internship at Chase in early 2013, where Archi contributed to the development of the MyRewards Mobile App. Archi holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering with a focus on Information Sciences from the University of Delaware, completed in 2013.
