Clyde C. Douglas III

Clyde C. Douglas III currently serves as the Chief Claims Officer at USAA. Previously, Clyde held multiple leadership roles at Chubb, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for Global Claims, as well as Senior Vice President for both Global Claims and North American Claim Operations. Before Chubb, Clyde was Vice President and Chief Claims Officer for Encompass at Allstate and also served as Vice President for Claims and Customer Service Operations at Aviva Canada. Clyde began a career in claims management as Regional Vice President at The Hartford.
