Craig Mills

Craig Mills is currently the Director of Compliance and Regulatory Data for the Property and Casualty Company at USAA, where they oversee the delivery of high-quality data to external regulators and provide compliance insights to internal business partners. They transitioned from the Air Force as a Process Engineer and have managed numerous high-level projects during their career. With over 17 years of military leadership and management experience, Craig has held various significant positions, including Deputy Chief of Operations for the 97th Civil Engineer Flight at Altus AFB. They earned a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, respectively.
