Ebony R. Lincoln

Ebony R. Lincoln, MBA, serves as the Director of Strategic Communications at USAA and the President of Just In Time Services, LLC. With extensive experience in corporate communications, Lincoln has held key positions, including Director of Management and Internal Communication at RITE AID, where efforts focused on enhancing employee engagement through authentic conversations. Lincoln has also led communication strategies at Edward Jones, General Board of Higher Education and Ministry, and ServiceSource, with a strong emphasis on integrated storytelling, marketing strategies, and brand positioning. Lincoln holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Broadcasting, an MBA, and an Organizational Leadership Certificate, all from Western Kentucky University.
