Erica Henry

Erica Henry serves as the Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition at USAA, where responsibilities include leading a large team in implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and fostering DEI initiatives. Previously, Erica held the position of Board Chair at the Talent Marketing Board, guiding Boston Scientific's efforts in employer brand recruitment marketing. At Boston Scientific, Erica advanced as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition Strategy, focusing on DEI, university relations, and employer branding, while also serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Prior experience includes leading global talent acquisition efforts at Bristol Myers Squibb and SABIC, where strategic initiatives significantly enhanced hiring efficiency and employer branding. Erica holds a BBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business.
