Erica Henry

Erica Henry is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading transformative strategies across various global organizations. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition at USAA, Erica spearheads enterprise-wide talent acquisition initiatives and modernizes recruitment technology. Previously, as Board Chair for the Talent Marketing Board, Erica led Boston Scientific's membership focused on employer branding and recruitment marketing. During tenure at Boston Scientific, Erica developed a multi-year global talent acquisition strategy and advised senior leaders on workforce planning. Erica has also held key positions at Bristol Myers Squibb, SABIC, LyondellBasell, Direct Energy, and others, amassing expertise in scaling talent acquisition operations, optimizing hiring processes, and building diverse talent pipelines. Erica earned a BBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Houston.
