Jane Claire Jacobi

Jane Claire Jacobi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in organization effectiveness and leadership development. Currently serving as an Organization Effectiveness Principal at USAA since October 2021, Jane focuses on HR business partnering for Bank Operations and the Bank Transformation Office, as well as for Chief Risk Officers and Anti-Money Laundering. Prior to USAA, Jane held several senior leadership roles at Bank of America from February 2008 to September 2021, including SVP roles in HR for Global Financial Crimes and Leadership Development, where responsibilities encompassed talent planning, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, and executive coaching. Jane's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Wake Forest University and a Master’s in Organizational Development from Queens University of Charlotte.
