Jeffrey Bashore

Jeffrey Bashore is an experienced leader in fraud risk management and operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Bank Financial Crimes at USAA since December 2023. Prior to this role, Bashore was the Head of Consumer and Small Business Fraud Risk Management at Bank of America from June 2018 to December 2023. Bashore's extensive background includes significant positions at Citi from July 2002 to June 2018, such as Executive and Head of North America Fraud Operations, where responsibilities encompassed fraud detection and claims operations across consumer businesses. Bashore began a career at The Hershey Company as Assistant Operations Manager, overseeing a highly visited corporate visitor center. A graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, Bashore holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
