Jenna Dillenback Broach

Jenna Dillenback Broach currently serves as Program Manager Lead for Diversity & Sustainability at USAA, starting in September 2024. Previously, Jenna held the title of Senior Social Impact Program Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas from October 2018 to October 2024, where the focus was on community leadership advocacy and volunteerism programs. Earlier roles include Program Manager & Community Engagement Advisor at the Dallas Fed, and Community Relations Coordinator at Kimberly-Clark, where strategic social responsibility programs were managed. Jenna also worked as a Project Manager at Earth Day Texas and gained initial experience as a Special Events Intern at Bent Tree Country Club. Jenna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from Auburn University and completed high school at The Episcopal School of Dallas with a focus on College Preparatory Studies.
