Jeremy Jacob

Jeremy Jacob has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Development Product Owner, Lead at USAA since March 2020, with prior roles as Development Product Owner Senior. At Liberty Mutual Insurance from June 2013 to March 2020, Jacob was a Senior Training Specialist responsible for curriculum development and the redesign of training programs for Personal Lines Bodily Injury employees. Previous experience includes managing a team as Claims Team Manager at Safeco Insurance, where responsibilities included training, development, and compliance with claims handling guidelines. Jacob began his career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, progressing from Manager Trainee to Branch Manager, overseeing daily operations.
