Jesse J. Mata

Jesse J. Mata, CPM CPCU, possesses comprehensive experience in all facets of Property and Casualty Insurance, having held various leadership roles at USAA from 1999 to 2004. As a Claims Service Director, they led efforts to improve quality and business results while developing talent within the organization. Currently, Jesse is a Co-Director and Board Secretary at Fiesta Cornyation and serves on the Board of Trustees at Southwest School of Art. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word. A champion of diversity and inclusion, Jesse has actively led USAA's LGBTQIA diversity business group, contributing as a dedicated community advocate and non-profit leader.
