Justin Pavlica

Justin Pavlica serves as the Director, Business Application Owner at USAA, where they lead a team overseeing a $12.5 million portfolio focused on insurance risk, billing processes, and technology delivery. With a background as an Armor Officer in the US Army, they developed leadership skills through combat operations and strategic planning. Previously, Justin held various leadership roles at USAA, including Director of Insurance Operations and Manager of Bank Lending Operations, where they ensured operational efficiency and compliance. Currently, Justin is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Florida Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of South Florida.
