Karla Flores, MBA, CRCM, CAMS, is an accomplished professional in compliance and risk management with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Karla has served as the Director of Compliance Risk Management at USAA and held the position of Vice President of Program Management at Santander Consumer USA. Previously, Karla was the VP of Compliance at United Auto Credit Corporation and worked in compliance roles at Citi and Cottonwood Financial. Karla holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Texas Woman's University, completing studies from 2005 to 2007.
