Peter Curtiss, MBA, has extensive experience in digital product management and digital marketing, currently serving as the Head of Digital Product Management at USAA since April 1997. In this role, Peter leads two teams: one focused on enhancing funnel performance and customer experiences through data-driven strategies and UX design principles, and another specializing in Search Engine Optimization, both utilizing Agile Marketing Methods. Prior to USAA, Peter worked at American Funds in various positions, including Brand Manager and Business Technology Analyst. Peter holds an MBA from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
